Loyalty program

The loyalty program is also valid in our new Middle Eastern cuisine restaurant Aida. To use bonuses in the restaurant, give the waiter a QR code on the loyalty card in Apple or Google Wallet or tell the phone number with which you signed up. If you use the bonuses when ordering delivery, please indicate the phone number that you used to sign up for the loyalty program in the comments to the order.

• We award cashback:
• 5% – from the moment of joining the loyalty program;
• 7% – from 7000 UAH;
• 10% – from 21 000 UAH.
• When paying for purchases with bonuses, 1 bonus = 1 UAH.
• Bonuses can be stored and used to pay for orders in the restaurant or when ordering delivery.

Important:

• Bonuses can be used to pay for up to 50% of the restaurant’s dishes.
• Bonuses are not awarded for alcoholic beverages.
• 300 welcome bonuses credited from the moment the card is issued are available for being debited within 3 months. After 3 months, the bonuses are canceled. Cashback earned by the member in the form of bonuses and other types of charges are kept on the accounts and cannot be canceled.
