Classic vegetable salad made of tomatoes, cucumbers, and Crimean onions. Salad dressing of choice:

Tender pieces of beef marinated in aromatic kimchi and soy sauce, fried with bell pepper in butter. Served on a bed of fresh mixed salad dressed with a spicy nut sauce. Juicy cherry tomatoes add brightness, and crunchy almond flakes complete the dish.

Corn-breaded fried aubergine combined with fresh tomatoes and delicate cream cheese.
